Rooms range from $450–$500/month
Lease Agreement & Security Deposit
All residents are required to sign a one-year lease. Your rent begins counting from the day you make your first payment.
A security deposit equal to half of your rent is required before move-in.
If any damage occurs in your room, the repair costs will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded after inspection.
